Organisations Database

The organisations database is where you can information about individuals and organisations. 'Members' is a term used to describe a QRC member company, employees of those companies, non-member organisations and their members as well as members of the public who have subscribed to be in the database.

Individual users can gain access to restricted sections of the web site providing that an administrator has given them the correct status. They can also receive HTML-formatted email newsletters and other email messages. Individuals who are employees or member companies are granted access to member privileges by virtue of their email domain.

All users can register themselves, view and/or edit their details or choose to unsubscribe.

When a user unsubscribes they are not deleted from the database but are instead made inactive. This means that they will no longer be able to login to edit their details or view restricted sections. By unsubscribing they will no longer be a recipient of the eNews.
